On 14 February 2012, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) issued the document No. 594/VSD-LK on approving the authorization to sign depository documents of NaviBank Securities Joint Stock Company (NVS).

Accordingly, company's CEO authorised Mr. Tran Tien Thanh- Head of Securities Operations Division to sign documents related to securities depository operations including depository, withdrawal, transfer for account closing, pledge, pledge release and adjustment of investors' information with VSD from now to 8 August 2012.
