On 17 February 2012, Vietnam Securities Depository  (VSD) received the Document No. 02/CV-VTDKĐD dated 16 February 2012 of Indochina Petroleum Transportation JSC. VSD would like to announce the replacement of CEO as follows:

On 16 February 2012, the Board of Directors of Indochina Petroleum Transportation JSC issued Resolution No. 01/NQ-HĐQT on approving dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung from CEO position and terminably appointing Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy who represents capital of Petrovietnam Transport Corporation to this post from 16 February 2012. At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy is the legal representative of Indochina Petroleum Transportation JSC (according to the charter, CEO is company's legal representative).
