According to Document No.102/CV-IKH date 24th June 2019 of The Science Technical Printing Joint Stock Company (IKH) as regards to change the last registration date to hold the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholers, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
IKH cancelled the closing date of the list of IKH stock holders at the last registration date of 1st July 2019 (announced in Notice No.1902/TB-VSD date 13th June 2019)
Reason: The company has not complete prearing meeting materials and needs more time for better preparation.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited VND shares at DMs.
