Depository members
1. Member of Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC)
Members of VSDC include securities companies and commercial banks operating in Vietnam which have been granted certificate of securities depository operation by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and have been approved of depository membership by VSDC.
2. Membership criteria
a. Having the certificate of securities depository operation issued by the State Securities Commission (SSC);
b. Having at least one member of the Management Board assigned to be in charge of securities registration, depository, clearing and settlement activities;

a. Having the certificate of securities depository operation issued by the State Securities Commission (SSC);
b. Having at least one member of the Management Board assigned to be in charge of securities registration, depository, clearing and settlement activities;
1. Depository member aplication dossier
a) Member application form in accordance with Form no.47 of the Appendix issued with Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31st December 2020;
b) Certificate of securities depository operation issued by SSC;
c) Explanatory notes on software, facilities and equipment
2. Process and procedures of issuing depository member certificate
a) Within 05 working days after receiving the complete and valid dossier, VSDC shall send a written notice to the securities company, commercial bank, foreign bank branch to make the connection. with online communication portal, test custody operation with VSDC
b) In case the application is not complete and valid, within 05 working days from the date of receipt of the application, VSDC shall send a written request to supplement the dossier;
c) VSDC issues the certificate of depository member within 03 working days from the date the securities company, commercial bank, foreign bank branch completes the connection to the online communication portal, achieves requires testing custody operations with VSDC.
