S12: Change of Dividend Payment Time

On 31st July 2018, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) received document no.79/CT-TCKT dated 26th June 2018 of Song Da 12 Joint stock company (securities code: S12), VSD would like to announce the 6th change of 2011 cash dividend payment time (the record date: 31st October 2014) as follows:
Announced information in document no.7807/VSD-ĐK dated 17th March 2017 by VSD:
- Payment time: 29th June 2018
Adjusted information:
- Payment time: 28th June 2019
Reason: Due to the fact that the company has not been able to collect the proceeds from the construction works as scheduled, the source of money for 2011 dividend payment is not sufficient.
Other contents in document no.7807/VSD-ĐK dated 17th March 2018 by VSD remain unchanged.
DMs are requested to fully inform above content to investors who have deposited S12 at DMs.
