VNE: Cancellation of the record date for fixing shareholder list for 2018 cash dividend payment

According to document no.1325TB/VNECO-TCNSĐT dated 11th July 2019 of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation (VNE) as regards cancellation of the record date for fixing shareholder list for 2018 cash dividend payment, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
VNE cancelled the notice of fixing shareholder list for 2018 cash dividend payment on the record date 16/07/2019 (announced in Notice no.2043/TB-VSD dated 3rd July 2019 by VSD)
Reason: The Branch of Civil Judgment Enforcement in Hai Chau District, Da Nang City issued Document No. 483/CV-CCTHADS dated 08/07/2019 on execution of the Judgment and proposed: "The Chief Executive Officer of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation does not prepare procedures for payment of 2018 residual cash dividend to ensure implementation of Judgement no.618/2018/HSPT dated 2nd November 2018 of High-level People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City"
Payment of 2018 residual diviend shall be announced by the BOD of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation
This notice of VSD is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited VNE shares at DMs.
