Pursuant to the document no. 123/CV-LICOGI12 dated 13th April 2020 of Licogi 12 Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of L12 shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 8th April 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 772/TB-VSD dated 11^th March 2020).
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic and to implement the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam, the direction of the National Steering Committee on COVID-19 Prevention and Control and the directions of the Prime Minister on implementation of urgent measures for epidemic prevention and control, the Board of Directors of Licogi 12 Joint Stock Company decided to change the form of holding 2020 Annual General Meeting by voting via the E-voting system provided by Vietnam Securities Depository. Therefore, L12 needs time to carry out the procedures as prescribed by applicable laws.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
