Pursuant to the document no. 280/XMQT-HDQT dated 7th April 2020 of VVMI QuanTrieu Cement Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 16^th March 2020 in accordance with the Notice no. 598/TB-VSD dated 03^rd March 2020 by VSD.
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemics and high risk of infection, the Government has issued the Directive No. 15/CT-TTg on drastically implementing the prevention and control of Covid-19 outbreak and the Directive No. 16/CT-TTg on implementation of urgent measures to prevent and control COVID-19 epidemics. Therefore, the Company will delay the time to hold 2020 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
