HTM: Cancellation of Record Date

Pursuant to the document no. 147/2020/CV-HAPRO dated 6th April 2020 of HaNoi Trade Joint Stock Corporation regarding the cancellation of record date for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date 10th April 2020 for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting (announced in the Notice no. 1055/TB-VSD dated 25th March 2020 of VSD)
Reason: Due to the complicated situation of the Covid - 19 epidemic, the company decided to change meeting time for 2020 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
