HPH: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for entitlements

Pursuant to the document no.65/CV-HPCO dated 14th April 2020 of Ha Bac Hung Phat Chemical Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on record date 16th March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 566/TB-VSD dated 2nd March 2020).
Reason: due to the complicated situation of Covid in Vietnam and implementing Directive no. 16/CT-TTg dated 31st March 2020 by the Prime Minister, recommendations of Ministry of Health on social distancing, suspending all meetings, mass gatherings. The company will re-announce the record date for 2020 annual general meeting within 30 days from the date of publicizing the end of epidemic but no later than 30th June 2020
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
