TRT: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 443/TB-CSTN dated 6th May 2020 of Truc Thon Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 3rd April 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 489/TB-CNVSD dated 17th March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic impact the organization of the general meeting as stipulated by law.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
