DXV: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 509/TB-DXV dated 25th May 2020 of Da Nang Construction Building Materials Vicem Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of DXV shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 18th March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 709/TB-VSD dated 9th March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated development of Covid-19, the company could not hold the 2020 General Meeting of Shareholders as scheduled on 14th April 2020.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
