Pursuant to document no. 03/TB-HDQT dated 3rd April 2020 of Thanh Thanh Joint Stock Company regarding the change of meeting time for 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce the change of meeting time for 2020 Annual General Meeting (record date: 19th March 2020) of the Company as follows:
* Information announced in the Notice no. 324/TB-CNVSD dated 4th March 2020 of VSD-Branch:
+ Planned meeting time: 22nd April 2020
* Changed information:
+ Planned meeting time: 26th May 2020
Reason for change: In the context of increasingly complicated situation of acute respiratory infections caused by new strain of corona virus (Covid-19), the holding of 2020 Annual General Meeting which is planned on 22^nd April 2020 will encounter many difficulties due to the requirement of epidemics prevention and control which are not safe for shareholders to attend. Therefore, the company changes the meeting date of 2020 Annual General Meeting.
Other contents in notice no. 324/TB-CNVSD dated 4th March 2020 by VSD remain unchanged.
