HNR: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 3326/HALICO dated 15th May 2020 of Hanoi Liquor Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of HNR shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 6th March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 459/TB-VSD dated 24th February 2020.
Reason for cancellation: postponing 2020 Annual General Meeting due to the impact of Covid-19
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of HNR shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 6th March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 459/TB-VSD dated 24th February 2020.
