Pursuant to the notice no. 78/TELCOM.2020 dated 7th April 2020 of Telecommunication Project Construction Development Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the record date for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date 13th April 2020 for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting (announced in the Notice no. 996/TB-VSD dated 20th March 2020 of VSD)
Reason: Due to the complicated developments of the Covid - 19 epidemics, the Prime Minister, Ministry of Health and Hanoi People's Committee have promulgated several documents to strengthen epidemic prevention measures, which clearly stated "the restriction of mass gatherings"
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
