HBH: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 26/2020/TB-HHP dated 12th May 2020 of Habeco-HaiPhong Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of HBH shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 17th March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 511/TB-VSD dated 27th February 2020.
Reason for cancellation: The company needs more time to complete the reports and organize the general meeting, avoiding the peak of Covid-19.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
