Pursuant to the document no. 215/2020/CV-LGL dated 31st March 2020 of LongGiang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of record date for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date 6th April 2020 for 2020 Annual General Meeting (announced in the Notice no. 800/TB-VSD dated 12th March 2020 by VSD)
Reason: in accordance with the change of plan for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting to respond to the complicated situation of Covid-19 in Vietnam and the world and to implement the Directive no. 16/CT-TTg  dated 31st March 2020 of the Prime Minister on implementing urgent measures to prevent and control of Covid - 19.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
