VIR: Late payment of dividend

Pursuant to Notice no.1668/TB-CNVSD dated 9th December 2020 of Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh branch on the record date for payment of 2019 cash dividend of Vung Tau Intourco Resort Joint Stock Company with the payment date of 31st December 2020.
However, as of 10:30 am on 30th December 2020, VSD's Branch has not received cash for dividend payment from the Issuer. Therefore, VSD's Branch could not transfer cash dividend to depository members.
VSD's Branch will make dividend payment to DMs after receiving cash from the Issuer.
