According to document no.1455/NL&MT-PC&QHCĐ date 16/12/2020 of Vicem Energy And Environment Joint Stock Company (securities code: VTV), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce change of 2019 cash dividend payment time of VTV shares (the record date: 24th November 2020) as follows:

Reason: the Covid-19 epidemic has greatly affected production and business activities of the company, and thus the business operation and the progress of debt collection from the customers are not implemented as planned. Therefore, the Company has not balanced and arranged money sources for dividend payment.
