Pursuant to the notice no. 80/2021/TB-CTI dated 23rd March 2021 of Cuong Thuan Idico Development Investment Corporation regarding cancellation of the record date for postal ballot, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancellation of the record date (30th March 2021) for postal ballot in accordance with Notice no. 416/TB-CNVSD dated 11th March 2021 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: Issues for approval by postal ballot will be presented at 2021 Annual General Meeting as regulated by applicable laws and the Company's charter.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
