MDA: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for attending 2021 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 45/CV-MTDT dated 26th April 2021 of Dong Anh Urban Environment Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 30th March 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1058/TB-VSD dated 18th March 2021 by VSD.
Reason: the company is currently strengthening the personnel of the Supervisory Board for member companies and setting 2021 targets. Therefore, the Board of Directors has decided to postpone he time for organizing 2021 Annual General Meeting to no later than 30th June 2021.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
