Pursuant to the document no. 111/TB-CT-TCKT dated 16th July 2021 of Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Annual general meeting, record date: 10th June 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 925/TB-CNVSD dated 28th May 2021 by VSD’s Branch.
Reason: Due to the Covid-19 epidemic situation, the Company temporarily postponed the organization of the General Meeting, which has passed the prescribed time. Therefore, the Company canceled the finalized list to refinalize other list close to the date of the General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
