Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 75/SSN/2021 dated 10th August 2021 of Saigon Seaproduct Import Export Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Annual general meeting, record date: 1st June 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 830/TB-CNVSD dated 12th May 2021 by VSD.
Reason: In order for the organization of the General Meeting to take place safely, in compliance with the instructions of the Prime Minister and Hochiminh City People's Committee on the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic and strictly complying with relevant legal provisions..
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
