1. Payment of 2018 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 4%/share (400 VND per share)
- Payment time: 24th September 2021
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company, 114 Truong Chinh, Phu Dong ward, Pleiku city, Gia Lai province on working days from 24th September 2021. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Payment of 2020 Stock Dividend
- Payment rate: 100:4 (shareholders are entitled to 4 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the unit, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: at the record date, shareholder A who owns 101 shares is entitled to receive 4.4 shares (110/100*4 = 4.4). According to the principle of rounding, A will only receive 4 shares and the 0.4 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company, 114 Truong Chinh, Phu Dong ward, Pleiku city, Gia Lai province. ID cards have to be presented.
3. Right Issue

+ Execution rate: 100:6 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 6 new shares for every 100 rights).
- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares, unsubscribed shares (if any):
The number of shares entitled to buy will be rounded down to the unit. The fractional shares will be authorized to the Board of Directors to handle.
The Board of Directors has full discretion in deciding all matters related to handling of fractional shares and unsubscribed shares in case existing shareholders do not exercise or do not fully excercise their rights ("Shares to be allocated") to investors (including existing shareholders, insiders of the Company) who have the need and financial capacity to buy such shares at the price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders.
Example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 101 shares is entitled to buy 6.6 shares (calculated by the formula: (110/100*6 = 6.6). According to rounding principle, shareholder A is entitled to buy 6 shares, the 0.6 fractional shares will be authorized to the BOD for handling.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 30th August 2021 to 14th September 2021
+ Right can be transferred once only (transferee is not allowed to tranfer to the 3rd party)
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 30th August 2021 to 20th September 2021
+ Subscribed shares are freely transferable. Those shares distributed by the BOD will be subject to 1 year of transfer restriction from the date of offering completion
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company, 114 Truong Chinh, Phu Dong ward, Pleiku city, Gia Lai province

Schedule for DMs to process right issue with VSD is detailed in the attached file.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 AM, 26th August 2021
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
