VVN: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 436/VINAINCON-HĐQT dated 18th August 2021 of Viet Nam Industrial Construction Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Annual general meeting, record date: 25th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1772/TB-VSD dated 13th May 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the complicated and prolonged development of the Covid-19 epidemic, VVN could not hold the General meeting as prescribed, because it was too long from the time of finalizing the shareholder list for the meeting (it was more than 2.5 months from the date of finalizing the list on 25th May 2021), to ensure the rights of shareholders of VVN to participate in the General Meeting in accordance with the Enterprise Law, VVN refinalizes the list of shareholders for 2021 general meeting .
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
