SHT119008: Cancellation of bond buyback before maturity

According to Document No.2408/2021/SHTD-CV dated 24th August 2021 and dossier of notifying the cancellation of bond buyback before maturity of Song Hong Thu do Group Joint Stock Company (record date: 14th July 2021, payment date: 30th July 2021), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the bond buyback before maturity (record date: 14th July 2021, payment date: 30th July 2021) in accordance with Notice no.2288/TB-VSD dated 5th July 2021 by VSD
Reason: Due to the prolonged epidemic situation, affecting sales and business activities of the issuer, it was impossible to arrange money for payment of bond buyback before maturity as announced.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited SHT119008 bonds at DMs
Cancelling the bond buyback before maturity (record date: 14th July 2021, payment date: 30th July 2021) in accordance with Notice no.2288/TB-VSD dated 5th July 2021 by VSD
Reason: Due to the prolonged epidemic situation, affecting sales and business activities of the issuer, it was impossible to arrange money for payment of bond buyback before maturity as announced.
