DUS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 217/TB-CTDVĐTĐL dated 13th September 2021 of Dalat Urban Service Joint Stock Company (DUS) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 Annual general meeting, record date: 24th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 745/TB-CNVSD dated 4th May 2021 by VSD’s Branch.
Reason: People's Committee of Lam Dong Province implemented measures to prevent the Covid 19 epidemic, so the Corporation could not send meeting invitations to shareholders on time.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
