1. Payment of 2020 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 100:8 (shareholders are entitled to receive 8 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares for shareholders will be rounded down to the unit, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.

- Example: On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 160 shares is entitled to receive 12.80 shares (calculated by the formula: 160*8:100 = 12.80). According to the rounding principle, shareholder will receive 12 new shares, the 0.8 fractional shares will be removed.

- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares and unsubscribed shares:
+ The fractional shares will be rounded down to the unit
+ The fractional shares and the number of shares that are not fully offered due to the existing shareholders' refusal to buy part or the whole of the offering are distributed to other parties by the Board of Directors with the offering conditions, the conditions on rights and obligations of investors not more favorable than those offered to existing shareholders (the offering price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders), those shares are subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the end of the offering completion.
+ Handling fractional share, unsubscribe shares shall comply with Article 42 of Decree no. 155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31st December 2020 and ensure other conditions in Clause 2 Article 195 of the Enterprise Law and other prevailing regulations
+ In case of expiration for distribution of shares as prescribed by law (including the extended period (if any)), if there are still undistributed shares, these shares will not be distributed and the Board of Directors make a decision to close the issuance.
Example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 155 shares is entitled to buy 77.50 shares (155*1:2 = 77.50). According to principle of handling fractional share, shareholder A will be entitled to buy 77 shares, the 0.5 fractional shares will be redistributed by the BOD to other parties.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 1st November 2021 to 16th November 2021
+ Rights can be transferred once only and not allowed to transfer to the 3rd parties
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 1st November 2021 to 22nd December 2021
+ Subscribed shares: freely transferable shares. The above fractional share and remaining shares (if any) will be subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the date of offering completion.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at the Head office and make payment to the blockade account. ID cards have to be presented.

Schedule for DMs to process right issue with VSD branch is detailed in the attached file.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 27th October 2021
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
