CEG: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 49/TB-CIE dated 8th October 2021 of Construction and Industry Equipment Group Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of securities owners for 2021 annual general meeting on the record date 19th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1588/TB-VSD dated 4th May 2021 by VSD.
Reason: due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the Company will not hold 2021 Annual general meeting as planned.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
