Pursuant to the document no. 48/2021/CV - PNC dated 27th October 2021 of Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 25th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 764/TB-CNVSD dated 5th May 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 epidemic and complicated developments in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces. In order to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic and strictly comply with relevant regulations, the Board of Directors decided to change the meeting time of 2021 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
