Pursuant to the document no. 173/2021/CV-IPA dated 2nd November 2021 of IPA Investments Group Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2021 extraordinary general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date for 2021 extraordinary general meeting, record date: 4th November 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 3176/TB-VSD dated 19th October 2021 by VSD.
Reason: IPA Investments Group Joint Stock Company plans to issue shares to increase share capital from owner's equity, so it needs to postpone the record date of 2021 Extraordinary General Meeting  until the Company completes issuance of additional shares.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
