1. Advance Payment of 2021 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 6.19%/share (619 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 29th December 2021
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Nam Long Investment Corporation, 6 Nguyen Khac Vien, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Hochiminh City on working days from 29th December 2021. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Payment of Stock Dividend
- Payment rate: 100:3.616 %/share (Shareholders are entitled to 3.616 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
For common share:
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares to shareholders will be rounded down to the unit, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 100 shares is entitled to receive 3.616 shares (100 x 3.616% = 3.616). According to the principle of rounding, this shareholder will only receive 3 shares and the 0.616 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:

3. Bonus share due to Raising Share Capital from Owner's Equity
 - Execution rate: 100:6.926 (shareholders are entitled to 6.926 new share for every 100 shares they own)
For common share:
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): the number of share received will be rounded down to the unit, the  fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 100 shares is entitled to receive 6.926 shares (100 x 6.926% = 6.926). According to the principle of rounding, this shareholder will only receive 6 shares and the 0.926 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at Nam Long Investment Corporation, 6 Nguyen Khac Vien, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Hochiminh City. ID cards have to be presented.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 29th November 2021
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
