Following Notice no.1444/TB-CNVSD dated 18th November 2021 on the record date and confirmation of securities ownership list of SCR11816 bonds (record date: 6/12/2021) of Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Hochiminh Branch, pursuant to Notice no.44/2021/TB-TTCLAND dated 30th November 2021 of SaiGon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company, VSD's Branch would like to announce change of information as follows:
1. Information as announced in the Notice no.1444/TB-CNVSD dated 18th November 2021 by VSD's Branch:
- Interest rate: 8.825%/year
- Payment rate: 
Each bond will receive 104,424.589 VND (100,000VND x 8.825% x 183 days/365 days + 100,000 VND, rounded to 3 dp). 
2. Changed information:
- Interest rate: 8.825%/year
- Payment rate: 
Each bond will receive 104,448.767 VND (100,000VND x 8.825% x 184 days/365 days + 100,000 VND, rounded to 3 dp). 
Reason: Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company has calculated the 6th period interest and the principal of the bond SCR11816 excluding the maturity date. However, according to the provisions of clause f, article 6, part V - Information Disclosure dated 12/12/2018 on the private placement of SCR11816 bonds, Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company proposed to change the calculation of the 6th term interest and the principal of SCR11816 bonds including the maturity date (because the maturity date of 19/12/2021 is not working day).
Other contents in the Notice no.1444/TB-CNVSD dated 18th November 2021 by VSD's Branch remain unchanged.
