SDA: Change of dividend payment time

According to document no.320/SIMCO-TCKT dated 10th December 2021 of Song Da SIMCO JSC (securities code: SDA), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the 5th change of 2011 and 2013 cash dividend payment time of SDA share (the record date: 26/12/2014) as follows:
- Announced information in Notice no.16080/VSD-ĐK dated 13th December 2021:
Payment time: 14th December 2021
- Adjusted information:
Payment time: 13th December 2024
Reason: Because the Company used money for 2011 and 2013 cash dividend payment to invest in a marble mining and processing project in Myanmar. The project is facing many difficulties in implementation, so the investment capital has not been recovered. Therefore, the Company has not yet arranged money for 2011 and 2013 dividend payment to shareholders.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited SDA shares at DMs
