Long Dien Urban Development Services And Investment Joint Stock Company, a state enterprise that was equitized and issued with Registration Certificate for a joint stock company registration on 6th August 2010, fails to meet conditions of a public company and requests to cancel securities registration because it is not subject to registration for securities trading in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 32/2021/TT-BTC dated 17th May 2021 of the Ministry of Finance.

- On 28th December 2021, VSD shall fix the list of LDU share owners to cancel registration.
Members are requested to cooperate with VSD to implement the following tasks:
- From 29th December 2021, the share code of LDU, ISIN VN000000LDU3 issued by VSD will become invalid and VSD will not accept registration, depository, clearing and settlement of LDU shares.
This notice is for Members' information and necessary actions.
- On 28th December 2021, VSD shall fix the list of LDU share owners to cancel registration.
