PEG: Cancellation of the Notice on Finalizing the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no.001116/TB-PTC dated 21st March 2022 of PETEC Trading And Investment Corporation regarding cancellation of the notice on finalizing the list of shareholders for corporate actions, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 22nd March 2022 for 2021 fiscal year annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no.301/TB-CNVSD dated 2nd March 2022 by VSD's Branch
Reason: the Issuer needs more time to review contents, agenda and arrange appropriate venue in the context that the Covid-19 epidemic has not been fully under control
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
