PSE: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Action

Pursuant to the document no. 22/TB-ĐNB dated 23rd March 2022 of South-East PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 7th March 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 125/TB-CNVSD dated 14th February 2022 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: the Company has not finnish the preparation of meeting materials on time.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 7th March 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 125/TB-CNVSD dated 14th February 2022 by VSD's Branch.
