HKT: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 1204B/2022/CV-HKT dated 12th April 2022 of Ego VietNam Investment Joint Stock Company (securities code: HKT) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of HKT shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 4th April 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 1077/TB-VSD dated 22nd March 2022 by VSD.
Reason: EGO VietNam Investment Joint Stock Company needs to finalize the record date and the list of securities owners due to adjusting meeting time of 2022 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
