PVH: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 74/TB-XLDKTH-HĐQT dated 18th July 2022 of Thanh Hoa Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 22nd June 2022, Vietnam Securities Depository would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 22nd June 2022 in accordance with Notice 1838/TB-VSD dated 26th May 2022 by VSD.
Reason: the Company is consolidating, supplementing and finalizing a number of documents related to 2022 Annual General Meeting. The Company cannot hold 2022 Annual General Meeting as planned.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 22nd June 2022 in accordance with Notice 1838/TB-VSD dated 26th May 2022 by VSD.
