- Payment rate: 10.0209%/share (100,209 VND per 100 shares). The payment of 2021 cash dividend and cash dividend from 2018-2019-2020 undistributed profits ensures the principle of rounding down the total amount received by each shareholder. The amount of dividend received by each shareholder will be rounded down to dong, in which:
+ Payment of 2021 Cash Dividend: 7.7%/share
+ Payment of cash dividend from 2018-2019-2020 undistributed profit: 2.3209%/share
- Payment time: 30th September 2022

- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.

+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance-Accounting Department of Hai Duong Water Joint Stock Company, 10 Hong Quang Road, Quang Trung Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province on working days from 30th September 2022. ID cards, passbooks, power of attorney certified by local authorities (in case of authorization) have to be presented.
By bank transfer: in case of registering for bank transfer (or changing registered information), please send to the Finance-Accounting before 30th September 2022.

Dividend of State shareholders shall be handled in accordance with prevailing laws.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 22nd September 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
