According to Document No. 28/2022/ATA-TB dated 13th September 2022 of An Truong An Joint Stock Company (ATG) as regards cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, the record date 3rd June 2022, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting on the record date 3rd June 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 1802/TB-VSD dated 23rd May 2022 by VSD.
Reason: An Truong An Joint Stock Company has finalized the list of shareholders for 2022 Annual general meeting (the record date: 3rd June 2022) at VSD. However, due to the unexpected illness of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the organization of the 2022 Annual General Meeting has been postponed and the Company has made information disclosure on the above issue. The company proposes VSD to cancel the list of shareholders attending the 2022 Annual General Meeting (the record date: 3rd June 2022) and finalize the list of shareholders to ensure the provisions of the  Enterprise Law. 
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to investors who have deposited VMS shares at DMs.
