Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Payment of 2021 Stock Dividend
+ Execution rate: 10% (Shareholders are entitled to 100 new shares for every 1,000 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional share (if any) will be removed.
- Example: At record date, shareholder A who owns 252 shares will receive 25.2 new shares (252 x 10% = 25.2). A will actually receive 25 new shares, the 0.2 fractional shares is removed.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited have to present ID Cards to receive stock dividend at the office of Safoco Foodstuff Joint Stock Company, 1079 Pham Van Dong, Quarter 1, Linh Tay Ward, Thu Duc District, Hochiminh City. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Share Issuance for Raising Share Capital from Owners' Equity
+ Execution rate: 9.8% (Shareholders are entitled to 98 new shares for every 1,000 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional (if any) will be removed.
- Example: At record date, shareholder A who owns 252 shares will receive 24.69 new shares (252 x 9,8% = 24.69). A will actually receive 24 new shares, the 0.69 fractional shares will be removed.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited have to present ID Cards to receive shares at the office of Safoco Foodstuff Joint Stock Company, 1079 Pham Van Dong, Quarter 1, Linh Tay Ward, Thu Duc District, Hochiminh City.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 7th October 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
