Pursuant to the document no. 221/2022/CV-CRQ dated 19th September 2022 of The vegetexco port joint-stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting,  record date: 29th March 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 439/TB-CNVSD dated 9th March 2022 by VSD.
Reason: The meeting material preparation has not been done completely.  According to Clause 1, Article 141 of the Law on Enterprises: "The list of shareholders entitled to attend the General Meeting is made no later than 10 days before the date of sending the invitation letters", therefore the list of shareholders dated 29^th March 2022 is no longer valid. In order to ensure the interests of shareholders and comply with the applicable law, on 19^th September 2022, the Board of Directors issued Resolution No. 220/2022/NQ-HĐQT on canceling the list of shareholders dated 29^th March 2022 and re-approved the record date of the 2022 Annual General Meeting and 2020 dividend payment”
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
