ABS: Change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no.132/CV-ABS dated 24th October 2022 of BinhThuan Agriculture Services JSC (securities code: ABS), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to change of 2021 cash dividend payment time (record date: 12th October 2022) as follows:

Payment time: 22nd December 2022
- Reason: Due to some unexpected problems, money is not collected from customers as planned, so the Company needs more time to balance cash flow so as not to affect Company's production and business.
