Pursuant to the notice no. 22/TB-CT dated 1st February 2023 of IDICO Srok Phu Mieng Hydropower Joint Stock Company, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the change of cash dividend advance payment time (record date: 27th December 2022) as follows:

Changed information:
- payment time: 22nd June 2023
Reason: Currently, the Company's cash flow for production and business is behind schedule. Therefore, the company needs more time to balance capital source to ensure for production and business activities.
Other contents in the Notice no.1496/TB-CNVSD dated 9th December 2022 by VSD's Branch remain unchanged.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
