Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- meeting time:  20th April 2023 tentatively
- meeting venue: Ocean Park building, no.1 Dao Duy Anh, Phuong Mai ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi
- Meeting agenda: 
+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on governance and activity results of the BOD and its members
+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on appraising financial statements, business results, assessment of activity result of the BOD and CEO
+ Self-assessment report by the SB on activities of the SB and its members
+ 2022 audited financial statements,
+ 2022 profit distribution and dividend payment
+ Payment of 2022 Salary, remuneration, bonus fund for the BOD, SB;
+ Project of restructuring VIMC for 2021-2025 term
+ 2022 business results; 2023 production & business, investment plan
+ 2023 Salary, remuneration plan for the BOD, SB;
+ The list of independent auditing companies; selection of an independent auditing company for 2023 financial statements
+ Revision of the Charter
+ Election, dismissal, removal of BOD, SB members (if any)
+ Report on some issues unapproved at 2022 annual general meeting; 2021 profit distribution scheme
+ Other issues (if any)
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 22nd March 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
