Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate:  1 fund certificate - 1 voting right
- Deadline for sending ballots: 4th April 2023 tentatively
- Deadline for sending back ballots by shareholders: 4th April 2023  to 5:00 pm 25th April 2023 tentatively
- Deadline for summarizing ballots: 26th-27th April 2023 tentatively
- Receiving address: KIM Vietnam Fund Management Co., Ltd., Room 1807-1808, level 18, Plaza Saigon building, no.39 Le Duan, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, Hochiminh city
- Agenda:
+ Approval of report on 2022 activity situation and 2023 plan;
+ Approving the 2022 audited financial statements
+ Approval of report by the Supervisory Bank;
+ Authorization to the Fund Representative Board to select an auditing company for 2023 financial statements
+ Approval of budget for the Fund Representative Board
+ Other issues (if any)
 Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 4th April 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
