SC5: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions
Pursuant to notice no. 148/CV-SC5 dated 19th April 2023 of Contruction Joint Stock Company No.5 on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of securities owners for 2023 annual general meeting, the record date 28th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 463/TB-CNVSD dated 8th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: the Issuer needs more time to finalize preparation and additional materials for 2023 Annual general meeting. The Board of Directors decided to extend time of organizing 2023 Annual general meeting by 30th June 2023.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
