Vietnam Securities Depository - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Number of securities to be redeemed: 7,500,000 bonds
- Execution rate: 2:1 (bondholders are entitled to sell 2 bonds for each bond that they own)
- Price of bond redemption equals to face value and interest from 24th December 2022 inclusive to 24th May 2023 exclusive (calculated by: 100.000 + (100.000*10,8%*151/365) =104.467,95 VND)
Price of bond redemption is rounded to the whole unit, the first decimal place after the decimal point greater than or equal to 5 is rounded up, the first decimal place after the decimal point less than 5 is rounded down.
Price of bond redemption is rounded to 104,468 VND/bond
- Payment date: 24th May 2023
- At the end of sale registration period, the bondholders who only register to sell a part or do not register to sell are only allowed to sell the number of bonds registered for sale, the number of bonds unregistered for sale will not be able to be sold back. The number of redeemed bonds is determined basing on the actual number of bonds that bondholders register to sell. 
- All redeemed bonds will be removed.
Example: bondholder A who owns 20 bonds is entitled to sell 50%*20 = 10 bonds, however, the bondholder registers to sell 7 bonds of KBC121020 then
+ Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corporation will redeem these 7 bonds. After redemption, the Company will remove these 7 bonds.
The amount paid to bondholder A is 732,144,385 VND (7 x 104,468 = 731,276).
Time period of registration for sale back to Issuer:11th - 15th May 2023
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive bond interst at An Binh Securities Joint Stock Company, no.16th floor, Geleximco building, 36 Hoang Cau street, O Cho Dua ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi city on working days from 11th - 15th May 2023.
* For individual holders: ID cards and Certificate of bond ownership (original) have to be presented.
* For organization holders: Introduction letter, legal documents, valid power of attorney, ID card of the referred person and Certificate of bond ownership (original) have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) and direct account holders (DAHs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs and DAHs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of securities holders (For DMs and DAHs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent tothongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs and DAHs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 8th May 2023
If DMs and DAHs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and DAHs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to securities holders, DMs and DAHs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above securities at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
