SVC: Change of dividend payment time
Pursuant to Document No. 169/CV-SVC dated 26th April 2023 of SaiGon General Service Corporation, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of advance payment of 2022 cash dividend (record date: 24th April 2023) as follows:

Payment time: 28th April 2023
- Adjusted information:
Payment time: 12th May 2023
Reason: SAVICO is having change of senior executives at 2023 Annual General Meeting held on 28th April 2023, including the CEO position. Therefore, for quick handover of governance, the Issuer would like to postpone advance payment of 2022 dividend in accordance with above time.
Other contents in Notice no.665/TB-CNVSD dated 13th April 2023 by VSD's Branch remain unchanged.
